Qualifications

• Strong understanding of labor law and benefits systems.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS (Talenta). English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Handle salary and overtime payment administration.
• Oversee BPJS Health & Employment registrations and updates.
• Monitor attendance and registration processes.
• Prepare periodic attendance reports.
• Maintain HRIS (Talenta) and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with external vendors (insurance brokers, BPJS).
• Coordinate recruitment for store (apprenticeship, community workers, staff).
• Prepare new employee equipment and onboarding support.
• Support recruitment department administrative tasks.
• Handle work accident cases and timely reporting.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to meet company goals.
• Supervise and coordinate team members for smooth daily operations.

HR Operation Group Leader - Store AEON Alam Sutera

Perform administrative process related to payment of salary and overtime.

Manage administration process of registration and updating of BPJS Health & Employment, Health insurance, etc

Maintain and monitor employee attendance and registration.

Conduct periodic attendance reports.

Maintain HR Information System (Talenta) ensured any data change are being keep updated.

Working & collaborating with outside vendors, such as insurance brokers, BPJS, etc

Responsible for recruitment Store (Apprenticeship, Community Worker and Staff)

Responsible for preparing new employee equipment needed.

Support administrative tasks for recruitment department.

Responsive in handling work accident cases and ensuring timely reporting and coordination.

Perform and support any additional tasks instructed to accomplish the company’s goal.

Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields

Min. 4 years of experience in handling HR Operation (Compensation & Benefit & Recruitment) or HR Generalist.

Good leadership and team supervision skills.

Strong understanding of labor law and benefit systems

Strong understanding of HR functions and workflows

Strong analytical and project management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Talenta)

Understand and ever did about Tax/Coretax calculation

Able to communicate actively in English (spoken and written)

Hard worker, detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in handling sensitive data

Willing to work in shifts following Operational Hours of Mall.

Willing to be placement in AEON Store Alam Sutera
