Job summary

PT. AEON Indonesia seeks an HR Trainer Group Leader for Store AEON Sentul to train employees, apprentices, and outsourced staff. You will orchestrate activities from scheduling to reporting, prepare tools, and coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver programs.

Willing to work shifting Mall hours and be placed at AEON Mall Sentul - Bogor. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major with proven experience in deliver training with minimum 3 years experience as trainer, preferably in retail industry.
• Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Passionate in teaching and developing people.
• Have training certification will be an advantage.

Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program

Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation

Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department.

Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
