Job summary

PT. AEON Indonesia is seeking a QA/QC professional to coordinate daily inspections of store operations, fresh and ready-to-eat products, ensuring adherence to HACCP, GMP, halal, hygiene, and food safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in QA/QC within retail or food sectors. Strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work in shifts are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in retail, supermarket, F&B, or fresh food.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, halal, hygiene, food safety, and quality audit processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily quality inspections and monitoring of store operations, fresh products, and ready-to-eat products.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, SOP, HACCP, GMP, halal, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Conduct store audits and inspections, document findings, and monitor corrective action implementation.
• Review quality inspection results, identify recurring issues, and prepare quality performance reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Merchandising, and related departments to address quality issues and ensure compliance.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and provide guidance to QC staff.

• Willing to work in shifting schedule following Mall's operational hours.
