Job summary

PT. AEON Indonesia is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to support compensation, benefits and recruitment functions at AEON Store Emporium Pluit Mall, Jakarta Utara. The role will require leadership of the HR team, strong labor law knowledge, and accurate HR data handling.

The candidate should have 4+ years in HR operations, be proficient with Excel and Talenta, and communicate well in English. Shift work will align with mall operating hours; placement is at the Emporium Pluit Mall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, business or related field.
• Min. 4 years of experience in HR Operations (Compensation & Benefit & Recruitment) or HR Generalist.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong understanding of labor law and benefit systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS (Talenta).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Willing to work in shifts per mall operating hours.
• Willing to be placed at AEON Store Emporium Pluit Mall, Jakarta Utara.

Responsibilities

• Process salary and overtime payments.
• Manage BPJS Health & Employment registrations and health insurance administration.
• Monitor attendance and registrations; prepare attendance reports.
• Maintain and update HR Information System (Talenta).
• Coordinate with external vendors (insurance brokers, BPJS, etc.).
• Recruitment responsibilities for store personnel and apprentices.
• Prepare new employee equipment and onboarding tasks.
• Support recruitment department tasks and handle work incident reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields

Min. 4 years of experience in handling HR Operation (Compensation & Benefit & Recruitment) or HR Generalist.

Good leadership and team supervision skills.

Strong understanding of labor law and benefit systems

Strong understanding of HR functions and workflows

Strong analytical and project management skills

Job Description:

Perform administrative process related to payment of salary and overtime.

Manage administration process of registration and updating of BPJS Health & Employment, Health insurance, etc

Maintain and monitor employee attendance and registration.

Conduct periodic attendance reports.

Maintain HR Information System (Talenta) ensured any data change are being keep updated.

Working & collaborating with outside vendors, such as insurance brokers, BPJS, etc

Responsible for recruitment Store (Apprenticeship, Community Worker and Staff)

Responsible for preparing new employee equipment needed.

Support administrative tasks for recruitment department.

Responsive in handling work accident cases and ensuring timely reporting and coordination.

Perform and support any additional tasks instructed to accomplish the company’s goal.

Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
