Job summary

PT Icon Healthcare Bali is seeking a Site Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day management of the Denpasar facility in Bali. You will coordinate all operational activities to deliver high-quality patient care, manage the site budget and staffing, and partner with clinical and admin teams to support safe, efficient service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, KPI tracking and compliance with WHS and privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to lead and engage teams in a regulated environment.
  • Skilled in developing operational plans and budgets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial forecasting.
  • Understanding of quality standards and WHS legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Postgraduate qualification in business/management is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the site to ensure quality patient care.
  • Own the annual site budget, including capital and facility maintenance plans.
  • Manage staffing across physicians, clinical, admin to support safe operations.
  • Monitor financial performance, forecasts and KPIs to meet targets.
  • Partner with Business Development to grow site volume and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, and privacy requirements.
  • Lead clinical governance, risk management and accreditation processes.
  • Review and update policies and protocols for best practices.
  • Develop workforce plans and support performance and training.
  • Maintain open communication across the site.
  • Champion workplace safety and ensure safe systems and training.
  • Escalate safety issues and incidents promptly.

Job description

Lead, coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of the site to ensure effective, efficient delivery of quality patient care

Own the annual site budget, including capital and facility maintenance plans, and manage expenses within financial delegation

Manage staffing levels across physicians, clinical, professional and administration teams to support safe, effective operations

Monitor and report on financial performance, forecasts and KPIs to ensure the site meets or exceeds targets

Partner with Business Development to grow site volume, revenue and service opportunities

Quality & Compliance

Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory standards and information privacy requirements

Lead clinical governance, risk management and accreditation processes, including audits and improvement plans

Review and maintain policies, procedures and protocols to reflect best practice and optimal patient outcomes

People & Patient Care Leadership

Model organisational values and the highest standards of service to patients, teams and stakeholders

Develop a workforce management plan to meet current and future service needs

Support performance, development and training across the multidisciplinary team

Maintain open, two-way communication and feedback across the site

Workplace Health & Safety

Champion a strong safety culture and meet duty-of-care obligations under WHS legislation

Ensure safe systems, environments, and training are in place across the site

Escalate and act on safety issues, hazards and incidents in a timely way

About You

Demonstrated management experience in a healthcare setting, with the ability to lead and engage teams in a regulated, dynamic environment

Proven ability to develop and deliver operational plans, meet KPIs, and manage budgets/P&L

Strong commercial acumen and experience driving site financial performance

Sound understanding of quality standards and Workplace Health and Safety legislation

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills

Undergraduate qualification in a health-related field; postgraduate qualification in business/management desirable
