Vorta Beauty Clinic is seeking an accomplished Operations leader to oversee clinic operations, warehouse, and expansion efforts across multiple sites. You will develop strategies, SOPs, and KPI-driven processes to boost productivity and service quality while controlling costs.

You will ensure readiness for new openings, manage manpower and equipment, and guide end-to-end expansion projects. Travel between clinics and expansion sites will be required as part of this high-growth role.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of experience in operations or related fields.
• 3+ years in a head/managerial role overseeing multi-site ops.
• Proven experience with multi-branch operations and expansions.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, procurement, and processes.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Experience establishing SOPs, KPIs, SLAs, and improvements.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced growing business.
• Willing to travel between Vorta clinics, warehouse, and expansion sites.
• Background in beauty/healthcare/retail is preferred.

• Lead and oversee clinic operations, warehouse, and expansion activities to ensure operational excellence and business continuity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and processes to improve productivity, service quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure clinic readiness for new openings, including manpower, equipment, inventory, facilities, vendors, and operational requirements.
• Lead end-to-end expansion projects, from site preparation and setup to pre-opening and post-opening stabilization.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory planning, stock availability, storage, distribution, and inventory accuracy across clinics.
• Monitor operational performance through KPI, SLA, cost, productivity, inventory, and service quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the Operations, Warehouse, and Expansion teams, including manpower planning, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Collaborate closely with CEO, Finance, HR, Marketing, Medical/Clinic Operations, Procurement, and other functions to ensure smooth business execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Operations, Retail, F&B, Healthcare, Beauty/Aesthetic, or other multi-branch businesses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Head/Managerial position, managing multi-function or multi-site operations.
• Proven experience in multi-branch operations and business expansion/opening new outlets or branches.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory management, supply chain, procurement, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and operational metrics to drive decisions.
• Experienced in developing and implementing SOPs, KPI, SLA, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and teams in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
• Willing to travel between Vorta clinics, warehouse, and expansion sites as required.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic clinic, healthcare, retail, or F&B chain is highly preferred.
