Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing key patient-facing operations, ensuring efficient service delivery across Patient Services and Business Office functions.

This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, enhancing patient experience, and fostering effective collaboration across multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily Patient Service and Business Office operations.
• Manage and develop the operational team.
• Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, pharmacy, and other stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in operational processes, service quality, and patient experience.
• Monitor operational performance and resolve service or workflow issues.
• Foster a collaborative and people-oriented working environment.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
• Previous team management experience.
• Exposure to oncology, radiotherapy, nuclear medicine, or specialist healthcare services is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to be based in Bali.

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Strong exposure to Patient Services, Front Office, Business Office, or hospital operations.
• Experience monitoring operational performance and resolving service and workflow issues.
• Ability to drive operational process improvements and service quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational environments and patient service delivery.
