Coordinate and monitor the performance of medical support units
Develop work plans, targets, performance indicators, and development programmes for medical support units
Monitor achievement of KPIs, service quality, productivity, and operational efficiency
Ensure availability of human resources, facilities, equipment, medical devices, and operational requirements
Coordinate with relevant departments on maintenance and readiness of medical equipment and support facilities
Oversee compliance with SOPs, service standards, regulations, and hospital policies
Identify operational constraints and implement necessary follow-up and improvements
Conduct coaching, direction, and performance evaluation of teams and units under coordination
Minimum S1 qualification in Health, Hospital Management, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital service or operational roles
Preferred experience as Supervisor, Coordinator, Manager of Medical Support or equivalent position
Understanding of medical support unit operations, including Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Medical Rehabilitation, Nutrition, Medical Records, and related units
Understanding of service quality standards, patient safety, infection prevention and control, occupational health and safety, and healthcare service regulations
Capability in planning, monitoring, evaluation, and operational unit development
Leadership capability and ability to manage and develop teams
Ability to analyse problems and make sound decisions
Strong communication and coordination skills with doctors, healthcare professionals, management, and related units
Integrity, discipline, attention to detail, responsibility, and orientation towards service quality
