• Proven managerial or supervisory experience.

• Good understanding of clinic operations and patient experience.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• English proficiency is advantageous for international clinics.

Responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient experience, effective team management, operational efficiency, compliance, and achievement of clinic business targets.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Manage and supervise clinical, front office, and support teams.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Ensure all clinic SOPs, service standards, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures are properly implemented.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and administrative teams.

Monitor patient satisfaction and handle complaints or operational issues professionally.

Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, inventory, and other operational KPIs.

Ensure medical supplies, equipment, and clinic facilities are properly maintained and available.

Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and manpower planning.

Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.

About you

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare operations.

Previous managerial/supervisory experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of clinic operations and customer/patient experience.

Strong administrative and reporting skills.

English proficiency would be an advantage, especially for international-patient clinics.
