Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Operations Manager in Bekasi, West Java to lead warehouse and logistics activities. A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field is required, with 8–10 years in warehouse or supply chain roles and at least 5 years in management, preferably in 3PL or FMCG.

You will oversee inbound, putaway, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch; manage large teams; drive KPIs such as OTIF and accuracy; apply Lean/CI; ensure

Job description

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years at a managerial level (Preference given to candidates from 3PL or FMCG backgrounds).

Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations (Inbound, Putaway, Inventory, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch).

Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), and SAP usage.

Experience leading large teams.

Strong understanding of operational KPIs such as Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, Picking Accuracy, Dock-to-Stock, Cost per Unit, and Service Level.

Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience implementing Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean Warehousing, or Kaizen.

Understanding of Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) standards in logistics operations.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
