Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead inventory control and warehouse operations at the Bekasi site in West Java. The role requires 3–5 years in inventory/ops with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, proficiency in WMS/SAP/Excel, and a track record of improving inventory accuracy and KPI performance. English is a plus; on-site shifts at Bekasi location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (2+ years).
• Experience in the 3PL or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy control.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Proficient in WMS, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and inventory reporting tools.
• Familiar with inventory KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy, Stock Adjustment, Cycle Count Compliance, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and process efficiency.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written, is an advantage.
• Willing to work in shifts and be based on site as required.
