Job summary

Haier Sales Indonesia (AQUA Elektronik) seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead branch warehouses, ensure stock accuracy, and optimize space utilization in Jakarta. You will drive inventory control, implement SOPs, and monitor KPIs including productivity and service levels, coordinating with 3PL partners to meet on-time order fulfillment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8–10 years in warehouse or supply chain roles, with 3–5 years in management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse branch leaders to ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability through control and reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse space to improve efficiency and utilization.
• Develop and implement warehouse SOPs for standardized operations.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, service levels.
• Manage 3PL and warehouse providers; monitor performance and improvement.
• Coordinate warehouse and delivery activities for timely order fulfillment.
• Liquidate or address slow-moving or obsolete stock with corrective action.
• Lead cost-saving and productivity initiatives including vendor negotiation.
• Manage warehouse budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams including internal and third-party workers.
• Utilize SAP, WMS, TMS and data to improve inventory visibility and decision-making.
• Analyze branch warehouses to identify root causes and propose solutions.

Job description

• Manage and lead all warehouses branch leaders to ensure the level of stock accuracy.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability through proper inventory control, monitoring, and regular stock reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse space and capacity to improve operational efficiency and utilization.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs to ensure standardized and effective operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance and KPI achievement, including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and service levels.
• Manage 3PL and warehouse service providers, including performance monitoring, evaluation, coordination, and improvement.
• Coordinate warehouse and delivery activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, obsolete, and non-good-set inventory and coordinate appropriate liquidation or corrective action.
• Lead cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives, including vendor negotiation, process restructuring, and operational efficiency projects.
• Manage warehouse budgets and operational expenditures while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics teams, including internal employees and third-party workers.
• Utilize SAP, WMS, TMS, and logistics data to improve inventory visibility, operational control, reporting, and management decision-making.
• Analyze all branch warehouses problem by finding root causes and propose problem solving alternative to management and lead the teams to solve the problem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management and 3–5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experienced in 3PL management and vendor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of SOP development, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in cost control, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Proficient in SAP, WMS, TMS, or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or a related industry is highly preferred.
