Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale warehouse operations across inbound, putaway, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields and 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, data-analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with SAP and WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years at a managerial level.
• Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations (Inbound, Putaway, Inventory, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch).
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and SAP usage.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs such as Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, Picking Accuracy, Dock-to-Stock, Cost per Unit, and Service Level.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience implementing Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean Warehousing, or Kaizen.
• Understanding of Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) standards in logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on a shift system
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse operations across inbound, putaway, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Drive CI/Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and report on KPIs like Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, and Cost per Unit.
• Manage large teams and coordinate with stakeholders across functions.
• Ensure HSSEQ compliance and safer working practices.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years at a managerial level (Preference given to candidates from 3PL or FMCG backgrounds).

Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations (Inbound, Putaway, Inventory, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch).

Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and SAP usage.

Experience leading large teams.
