Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a warehouse and logistics supervisor to lead daily operations in Bekasi, West Java. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to manage inbound/outbound processes on-site.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in logistics with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, experience with WMS/SAP, and solid Excel reporting skills. Indonesian shift-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, IE or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain ops; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in 3PL or FMCG preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Proven leadership, people management, coaching, and team development.
• Proficient in WMS, SAP, and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Familiar with KPIs: Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, Cycle Count Accuracy, Safety.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Willing to work in shifts and be on-site.

Job description

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (Experience in the 3PL or FMCG industry is preferred)

Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse operational processes.

Proven leadership, people management, coaching, and team development skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, and Microsoft Excel for reporting and operational analysis.

Familiar with warehouse KPIs such as Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, Cycle Count Accuracy, and Safety Performance.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good command of English, both verbal and written, is an advantage.

Willing to work in shifts and be based on site as required.
