PT DPO Indonesia is seeking a warehouse operations specialist to manage receiving, stock control, and storage optimization at our Tangerang facility.
You will oversee order fulfillment, ensure food safety standards including HACCP and GMP, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics to keep inventory moving smoothly.
A valid forklift license and experience with WMS/ERP are required, with at least two years in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
To manage receiving operations by inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery documentation, and ensuring all products are received in good condition.
To maintain accurate inventory records through timely system updates, stock monitoring, and regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
To organize and optimize warehouse storage areas, ensuring proper product placement, efficient space utilization, and easy accessibility of inventory.
To oversee order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, labeling, and verifying outbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
To ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including HACCP, GMP requirements, temperature-controlled storage, and cold chain management practices.
To coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to facilitate efficient inventory movement and smooth warehouse operations.
To maintain a safe, clean, and productive warehouse environment by enforcing safety regulations, monitoring warehouse equipment, and ensuring adherence to housekeeping standards.
To support continuous improvement initiatives through operational reporting, workflow optimization, storage capacity planning, and investigation of inventory discrepancies, damages, and workplace incidents.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Possess Degree/Diploma/Certificate in in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in FMCG, food trading, food service, or manufacturing industries. Experience in warehouse operations and logistics will be an added advantage.
Experience in inventory accuracy management, including goods receiving, inspection, stock reconciliation, and stock take reporting.
Experience in handling food products across various storage conditions, including ambient, chilled, and frozen environments.
Hands-on experience in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or other inventory management systems.
Good understanding of warehouse safety practices, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Basic knowledge of order fulfillment, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Possess a valid Forklift License and ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
Able to work in Tangerang area.
