Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Operations Manager in Bekasi, West Java to lead warehouse and logistics activities. A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field is required, with 8–10 years in warehouse or supply chain roles and at least 5 years in management, preferably in 3PL or FMCG.

• Proficient with WMS, TMS, and SAP.
• Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience leading large teams and communicating with stakeholders.
• Familiar with HSSEQ standards.
