Job summary

PT Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics) seeks an experienced warehouse operations leader to oversee 100–150 personnel, drive efficiency, and ensure safe, accurate inventory management across receiving, storage, and distribution. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and implement SOPs to maintain high service levels.

The role requires a strong SAP/ERP and WMS background, advanced Excel skills, and excellent leadership and communication capabilities to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse/logistics with receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations with supervision/leadership.
• Currently holding a Leader position or equivalent.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP, particularly WMS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process analyses to increase efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
• Coordinate with Planner, Production, Procurement, QC, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues independently while maintaining standards.
• Manage warehouse systems and data using SAP/ERP and Excel for analysis and decision-making.
• Establish communication with internal teams and customers, negotiating when required.

Job description

Implementing and monitoring warehouse policies, strategies, and SOPs to ensure warehouse operations run safely, effectively, and efficiently. Leading and managing warehouse operations and teams of 100–150 personnel, including workforce planning, task allocation, performance monitoring, and team coordination.

Key responsibilities

Implement and monitor warehouse policies, strategies, and SOPs to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operations

Oversee warehouse operational activities including receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, picking, and distribution, ensuring accuracy and proper placement of goods

Lead and manage warehouse operations and teams of up to 100–150 personnel, including workforce planning, task allocation, performance monitoring, and team coordination

Monitor operational performance based on inventory accuracy, throughput, volume/workload trends, and activity forecasting, and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Conduct warehouse process analysis and improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, operational effectiveness, and service levels

Coordinate effectively with Planner, Production, Procurement, QC, Warehouse User, Inbound/Outbound teams, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Identify, analyse, and resolve operational issues independently while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and service standards

Manage warehouse systems and data using SAP/ERP and Microsoft Excel for operational analysis, reporting, and decision-making

Establish effective communication and coordination with internal teams and customers, including handling operational needs and negotiating when required

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics with strong understanding of receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, and distribution

Minimum 3 years of warehouse operational experience with equivalent supervision or leadership experience, preferably from FMCG or similar industrial sectors

Currently holding a Leader position or equivalent at your last company

Proficient in SAP/ERP, particularly WMS

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong analytical, leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities, with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently in managing high-volume warehouse operations involving multiple departments and stakeholders.

Knowledge of HSE/K3L including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and HIRADC is a plus

Good English language skills, both spoken and written
