Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, with multi-location exposure.
• Proven track record in managing P&L, cost controls, and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality industry best practices.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring service quality and cleanliness.
