About the role
We are seeking an Operations Personal Assistant (F&B) to join our team on a full-time basis at our Jakarta location. This role is pivotal to supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our Food and Beverage department. You will work closely with senior operations management to ensure seamless coordination between all F&B operations, from staffing and inventory management to guest satisfaction and service excellence. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the F&B Operations management team

Coordinating and scheduling F&B staff across multiple venues and service periods

Assisting with event coordination and special function organisation for F&B services
