Job summary

The JITTLADA ROYAL THAI CUISINE in Jakarta is seeking an Operations Personal Assistant (F&B) to support the F&B management team. You will coordinate staffing, event support, and documentation, ensuring health and service standards across multiple venues.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced restaurant group environment. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in operations support within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including food service, beverage management, and service standards.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills across multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and be self-motivated.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the F&B Operations management team.
• Coordinate and schedule F&B staff across venues and service periods.
• Assist with event coordination and special function organisation for F&B services.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in F&B operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to F&B operations, costs, and performance metrics.
• Respond to operational queries and resolve issues to maintain service standards.
