THE JITTLADA ROYAL THAI CUISINE in Indonesia is seeking an HR General Affairs professional to assist recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations across the F&B group. You will maintain personnel records, support payroll, and help implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Collaboration with multiple restaurants and departments is essential, with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2 years of HR or GA experience.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labour law.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication in Indonesian and English.
• Strong organization and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment, selection, and onboarding for F&B operations.
• Support employee relations and handle inquiries and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training and development programmes.
• Assist payroll and benefits processing.
• Develop and implement HR policies for the F&B sector.
• Coordinate events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws.
