Job summary

Minor Food, one of Asia’s largest restaurant operators, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities across multiple stores in Jakarta Utara. You will implement and maintain high standards of operational excellence and drive revenue growth while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 4–5 years in F&B, fluent English, strong leadership, solid COGS and inventory management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field is required.
• 4–5 years of experience, preferably in F&B.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Good understanding of COGS and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of multiple stores/outlets within the designated area.
• Implement and maintain high standards of operational excellence across all locations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost control and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Address customer feedbacks and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer's overall satisfaction.
• Implement initiatives to increase sales, loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
