Job summary

The Jittlada Royal Thai Cuisine in Indonesia seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure food quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all venues.

You will lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management while upholding health and safety standards, managing budgets, vendor relations, and menu planning to drive guest satisfaction and business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
• Proven track record in operating restaurants and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu planning, and service standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, P&L management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
• Experience in Bali market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including service, food quality, and customer experience
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
• Maintain inventory management and vendor relationships to optimise costs and quality
• Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and service teams to ensure smooth operations during service hours
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Maintain restaurant standards and aesthetic appeal across all areas
• Report on performance metrics and implement improvements to drive business objectives
