Job summary

PT Idy Makmur Sejahtera seeks an Area Manager to harmonize operations across 4+ outlets in Jawa Timur. You will analyze Profit & Loss, optimize expenditures, and ensure financial health while maintaining high service standards.

You will lead a diverse team of 70 staff, coach leaders, implement strategic plans, and translate marketing into practical actions to boost visits and orders, while preserving integrity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 outlets managed simultaneously.
• Proven track record leading and coordinating teams with at least 70 personnel.
• Proficient in processing and interpreting operational and financial data (P&L) to support data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrates integrity and firmness in upholding organizational rules without compromise.
• Capable of mapping business obstacles and developing systematic improvement initiatives.
• Agile in adopting new technology and modern work methods to increase organizational efficiency.
• Shows emotional maturity in handling professional conflicts and maintaining team morale under high work pressure.
• Strong interest in business development challenges and organizational achievement.
• Enjoys analyzing problems to root cause through data and field facts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Profit & Loss reports to ensure financial health.
• Evaluate expenditures to fund strategic growth.
• Monitor cash-to-cash cycle to optimize liquidity across units.
• Act as a second-layer auditor validating data reconciliation between systems and field conditions.
• Ensure 5-Star service and cleanliness through regular inspections.
• Maintain discipline on inspection reports for asset damage or stock discrepancies.
• Translate macro marketing plans into operational steps to increase visits and conversions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to unit leaders to build operational independence.
• Instill the vision to foster employee ownership across staff.
