Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in F&B operations and 2–3 years in managerial roles, with willingness to travel between sites and coordinate with headquarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
• Extensive relevant experience can substitute for a degree
• 5–8+ years in F&B operations
• 2–3 years in a managerial role (Restaurant/Outlet/Unit Manager) before stepping into multi-unit Area Manager
• Proven track record managing multiple outlets/branches

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B operations across multiple outlets within the assigned area
• Manage P&L budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
• Ensure SOP compliance for consistent quality, service, and hygiene
• Coordinate inventory and supply chain across locations
• Lead regional sales and marketing execution
• Maintain food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP)
• Travel frequently between outlets to coordinate activities and training
• Collaborate with headquarters and suppliers to optimize operations
