TRM Hospitality in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle reservations for multiple resort and villa properties. You will process bookings from OTAs, direct channels, travel agents, and corporate clients with accuracy and efficiency.

You will monitor availability and rates across properties, provide guests with accurate information, coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and operations, and ensure smooth reservation handling and timely responses.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reservations.
• Experience handling cluster or multi-property reservations is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of reservation procedures, room inventory, rates, availability, and booking channels.
• Familiar with OTA platforms, direct bookings, travel agents, and corporate reservations.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and manage reservations for multiple properties.
• Process bookings from OTAs, direct bookings, travel agents, corporate clients.
• Monitor room availability, inventory, rates, and booking status across properties.
• Provide accurate information regarding room types, rates, packages, promotions, facilities, cancellation policies, and payment procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries, reservation requests, amendments, cancellations, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all reservations are recorded accurately and updated in the PMS or reservation systems.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and operations across properties to ensure smooth reservation handling and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor booking confirmations, payment status, and reservation discrepancies, and follow up when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining updated room rates, availability, promotional offers, and property information across booking channels.
• Prepare reservation reports, booking summaries, and other administrative documentation as required.
