Job summary

Individual Bali Hospitality (Denpasar) is seeking a guest-focused Reservations/Customer Service representative in Bali. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, while maintaining precise reservation records in our booking system.

You will confirm details, handle deposits, and manage changes or cancellations, addressing guest concerns with professionalism. The role includes additional administrative duties as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservation or customer service within the hospitality industry
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with reservation software
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in the booking system
• Communicate with guests to confirm booking details, process deposits, and manage changes or cancellations
• Handle guest complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required
