Stilt Studios in Bali is seeking a hotel reservations agent responsible for handling bookings via phone, email, WhatsApp, and OTA channels. You will check availability, confirm reservations, and input data into the PMS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Finance, provide information on rates and promotions, and handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests while delivering excellent service in English. The role is based in Uluwatu, Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with hotel reservation systems (PMS) and OTA platforms.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Handle room reservations through phone, email, WhatsApp, and OTA.
• Check room availability and process booking confirmations.
• Input and update reservation data in the hotel system (PMS).
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Finance Departments.
• Provide accurate information regarding room rates, promotions, and hotel facilities.
