Job summary

BukuWarung in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Executive to expand the merchant base and drive adoption of our payment solutions. You will actively pursue merchant acquisition and manage relationships with local merchants, ensuring smooth integration of BukuWarung's payments.

You will travel to meet merchants, leverage your local network, and collaborate with sales and operations to deliver seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment, fintech, FMCG, telecom, or banking sectors focusing on merchant acquisition.
• Familiarity with QRIS, EDC, or POS systems is preferred.
• Proven track record in local market merchant acquisition and regional growth.
• Willingness to travel and conduct routine field visits.
• Strong merchant network and ability to build relationships.
• Hardworking with dedication to goals.
