BukuWarung is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Executive to expand our merchant network and drive adoption of our payment solutions across the region. You will manage relationships, identify opportunities, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth integration of BukuWarung’s offerings.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in payments/fintech or related fields, a strong merchant network, and willingness to travel for field visits to strengthen partnerships and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payment/fintech or related sectors addressing merchant acquisition challenges.
• Understanding of QRIS, EDC, or POS systems preferred for facilitating merchant transactions.

Responsabilités

• Drive merchant acquisition efforts to expand Bukuwarung's market presence in the region.
• Collaborate with sales/operations to ensure smooth integration of payment solutions for merchants.
• Conduct regular field visits to build and sustain relationships with merchants.
• Utilize network and industry knowledge to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to merchants to enhance their experience with Bukuwarung's solutions.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and progress.
