Job summary

BukuWarung in Bali seeks a seasoned Retail Sales Executive to spearhead merchant acquisition and manage merchant relationships for our payment solutions. You will identify opportunities in the local market and work with teams to ensure seamless integration of Bukuwarung's payment offerings with merchants.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in payments or fintech, is comfortable traveling for field visits, and has an extensive merchant network to drive regional growth and high merchant

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payment, fintech, FMCG, telecommunications, or banking sectors addressing merchant acquisition challenges.
• Understanding of QRIS, EDC, or POS systems preferred for facilitating merchant transactions.
• Proven expertise in local market merchant acquisition to drive regional growth.
• Willingness to travel and conduct routine field visits to strengthen merchant relationships.
• Strong merchant network and database to enhance acquisition efforts.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Hardworking attitude and high dedication for achieving company goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition efforts to expand bukuwarung's market presence in region
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of payment solutions for merchants
• Conduct regular field visits to build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants
• Utilize your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to merchants to enhance their experience with bukuwarung's solutions
• Analyze market trends and feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve service offerings
• Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and progress to ensure transparency and accountability
