Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for East Java to lead regional sales strategy and distributor network development across East Java. The role requires steering commercial execution, managing GT and traditional retail coverage, and delivering revenue growth.

The successful candidate will lead Area Sales Managers and distributor teams, negotiate with trade partners, and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to optimize regional performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, food & beverage, frozen or chilled products.
• Proven experience in regional sales leadership and distributor networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for East Java to achieve revenue, volume, distribution and market share targets.
• Identify new territories and distribution channels to expand regional coverage.
• Lead and coach Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives and distributors to build a high-performing regional team.
