Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or perishable goods.
• Proven leadership in regional or national sales roles.
• Strong experience with General Trade, traditional distribution, wholesalers, and distributor networks.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia; business English as a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for East Java to hit revenue, volume, and market share targets.
• Identify new territories, channels, and retail opportunities to grow coverage.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and distributor teams for high performance.
• Monitor KPIs, field execution, pricing, promotions, and inventory turnover across GT and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Cold Chain Logistics, and Finance to ensure effective regional plans.
• Conduct regular market visits, analyze trends, and adjust plans to close gaps and capture opportunities.
• Prepare regional forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
