Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or perishable goods.
• Proven experience in regional sales leadership (RSM/ASM/NSL or equivalent).
• Strong GT, traditional distribution, and distributor network management.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership capabilities.
• East Java GT experience preferred; other Java regions considered.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia; good business English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, distribution, and market share targets across East Java.
• Identify new territories, distribution channels, and retail opportunities to expand regional coverage.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners.
• Monitor distributor performance against sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead commercial negotiations with distributors and key customers, including pricing and promotions.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and distributor sales teams.
• Set sales KPIs, call plans, field execution standards, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
• Conduct market visits, analyze competitor activity, pricing movements, and opportunities.
• Prepare regional forecasts, budgets, business plans, and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Cold Chain Logistics, and Finance to execute plans.
• Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and distribution efficiency.
• Ensure pricing structures, promotions, merchandising standards, and brand visibility at POS.
• Oversee cold-chain execution where applicable.
• Identify underperforming territories and implement corrective actions.
• Support regional strategies aligned with corporate direction.
• Serve as a commercial bridge between regional operations, distributors, and leadership.
