MatchaTalent is assisting a rapidly growing FMCG group to appoint a Regional Sales Manager for East Java, based in Surabaya, Indonesia. You will lead regional sales strategy, develop distributor networks, and drive commercial execution across General Trade and traditional retail channels.

The role requires coaching multi-site sales teams, strong negotiation with distributors, and close collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG / food & beverage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, distribution, and market share targets across East Java.
• Identify and develop new territories, distribution channels, and retail opportunities.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and distributor sales teams to build a high-performing regional organization.
• Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and prepare regional sales reports for senior management.
