Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Regional Sales Manager – East Java to lead strategy, distributor network development, and commercial execution across GT and traditional channels in East Java.

The role requires coaching Area Sales Managers and distributor teams, with strong FMCG leadership and regional market expansion experience. Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia fluency are mandatory, English preferred for HQ interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or perishable goods.
• Experience leading regional sales teams and distributor networks.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia; business English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to hit revenue and distribution targets in East Java.
• Identify new territories, channels, and retail opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners.
• Coach Area Sales Managers and distributor teams to achieve high performance.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and trade terms with key customers.
• Monitor KPIs, field execution, and distributor performance; adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure effective plan execution.
