Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for East Java to drive revenue growth, expand distribution, and strengthen relationships with key distributors and trade partners. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
8+ years of progressive sales experience in FMCG required.
Experience leading regional sales teams and distributor networks.
Strong knowledge of GT/traditional distribution and pricing.
Fluent Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia required; English preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets for East Java.
Build and expand distributor networks and retail coverage across East Java.
Lead, coach, and manage Area Sales Managers and distributor teams for execution excellence.
Negotiate with distributors and key customers on pricing, terms, and promotions.
Monitor KPIs, provide forecasts, and report performance to senior management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure aligned regional plans.
