Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience in FMCG.
• Experience leading regional sales teams and distributors.
• Strong GT and traditional retail coverage background.
• Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies across East Java.
• Identify new territories and channels to expand market coverage.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors and trade partners.
• Monitor KPIs, inventory turnover, and distribution coverage.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, trade terms, and promotions.
• Coach Area Sales Managers and sales teams for high performance.
• Set sales KPIs, call plans, and field execution standards.
• Conduct regular market visits and analyze competitor activity.
• Prepare regional forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
