Job summary

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is seeking a B2B Sales Executive (Mandarin speaker) to develop business opportunities and drive sales growth for our client in the polymer and advanced materials sector. The role requires 1–2 years in B2B sales, Mandarin proficiency (HSK 4), and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

You will build long-term client relationships, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Mandarin proficiency (HSK 4) with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify market trends.
