PT TIGA WARNA PRIMER is seeking a Sales Mandarin to join our New Business Development team on a contract basis in Tangerang, Banten. You will identify and nurture opportunities with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, leveraging your language skills and sales expertise to grow the company's market presence.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience in B2B environments, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and new business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients and business partners to develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive business proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to new clients.
• Track sales progress, maintain accurate sales records, and report on key performance indicators.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
• Provide feedback from the market to inform product and service improvements.
