Job summary

PT Samudra Teknik Sejahtera is seeking a Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to bridge communication between our principals and clients. You will translate conversations, explain product features in detail, and lead live product demonstrations to drive sales targets.

Key requirements include fluency in Mandarin, a Diploma or equivalent, willingness to travel, and living in the Tangerang area. Experience in direct selling is preferred but not required, and you will work closely with the sales team

Job description

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to bridge communication between our associate/principals and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for translating conversations, explaining product features and value propositions in detail, and conducting live product demonstrations to prospective clients to drive sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Translate technical documents, presentation materials, and business correspondence between Mandarin and Indonesian/English (and vice versa)

Act as an interpreter during business meetings, negotiations, and discussions between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local clients or internal teams

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products to clearly articulate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages

Schedule, prepare, and lead engaging product demonstrations (both in-person and online) for prospective clients

Address technical and non-technical inquiries from clients during product presentations and demos

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, particularly targeting Mandarin-speaking organizations or local projects requiring Mandarin communication

Prepare sales quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients

About you

Diploma Degree or equivalent

No Needed Expreience, 1 year experience in Direct Selling, Canvassing, or field sales preferable

Able to work as a team

Willing to work under pressure

Willing to travel for work

Understanding of basic Microsoft Office

Has a Driving License and can drive a car

Live in Tangerang area

Able to speak Mandarin is a MUST
