Job summary

PT Anugerah Wijayatrisna in Indonesia seeks a Sales Executive to identify and develop new customers, maintain existing relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will present products, negotiate, prepare quotations, and follow up through to closing.

The role requires market research, monitoring developments, and serving as a liaison with Mandarin-speaking customers. Minimum S1, Mandarin fluency, 2–3 years in B2B sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Management, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Active proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) required.
• English language ability is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably B2B/industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good customer/client relationships.
• Target and sales achievement oriented.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify customer needs.
• Experience with sales pipeline management, quotations, follow-up, and closing.
• Ability to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Accustomed to working with targets, high initiative, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
• Willing to undertake business travel when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Driver's license (A/C) is a plus if the position requires high mobility.
• Experience handling customers from China/Taiwan/Hong Kong or working in Mandarin-speaking environment is valued.
