Job summary

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia seeks a Sales Executive - Chinese Speaking to develop new business and expand factory accounts across Indonesia, focusing on West and Central Java in garment, packaging, and manufacturing sectors.

The role requires Mandarin, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, 2–3 years in B2B sales, and the ability to travel regularly, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver tailored commercial solutions for long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in printing, packaging, labels, trims, garment accessories, apparel OEM, or related manufacturing preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency required; good English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to travel regularly across West and Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Chinese-owned manufacturing companies.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing factory accounts.
• Develop territory and account strategies to achieve revenue, pricing, and product mix objectives.
• Understand customers' needs and propose appropriate commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing programs, and supply agreements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
• Provide product samples, technical information, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market developments, competitors, and potential customers in the territory.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, customer profiles, and account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in territory planning, customer reviews, and business forecasting.
• Develop long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for additional products.
