Job summary

PT Samudra Teknik Sejahtera is seeking a Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to bridge communication between our principals and clients. You will translate conversations, explain product features in detail, and lead live product demonstrations to drive sales targets.

Key requirements include fluency in Mandarin, a Diploma or equivalent, willingness to travel, and living in the Tangerang area. Experience in direct selling is preferred but not required, and you will work closely with the sales team

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or equivalent required.
• No minimum experience; 1 year direct selling preferable.
• Must speak Mandarin.
• Willing to travel and work under pressure.
• Live in Tangerang area.

Responsibilities

• Translate communications between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
• Explain product features and conduct live demos (in-person and online).
• Identify sales opportunities and close deals to meet targets.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms.
• Build long-term client relationships.
