Job summary

PT Talentvis Consulting Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Executive to join our client’s Jakarta team. The role focuses on building B2B sales, acquiring new customers, and managing key accounts within international freight forwarding and logistics.

Fluent Mandarin and English are required to engage with Chinese-speaking customers and partners. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, negotiate rates, and coordinate with Pricing and Operations to ensure smooth shipment

Qualifications

3–5 years in freight forwarding sales.
Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.
Knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, INCOTERMS, and international shipping.
Experience with overseas agents and international customers.
Fluent Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for international freight forwarding services.
Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close commercial agreements.
Build relationships with shippers, exporters, importers, manufacturers, and trading companies.
Coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
