Job summary

BREXA Raya Indonesia is seeking a Sales Japanese Speaker to drive sales and support import operations, building long-term relationships with Japanese-speaking clients. You will coordinate shipments, respond to inquiries in Japanese and English, and act as the primary contact for key accounts.

You should have a Diploma or Bachelor''s degree, 3-5 years in sales/marketing, JLPT N3 or higher, and the ability to multitask and work in a team or independently.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Japanese Speaker. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Handling sales and import administration functions, including but not limited to coordinating the import shipments and documents, following the customs clearance process, monitoring the stock, processing purchase orders and arranging deliveries to customers.

Act as window person (PIC) for existing or new customers/project, response to their inquiry and maintaining the relationship.

Accompany the Japanese staff for business duty as required.

Summarize and created reports of the necessary information.

Other support tasks in accordance with superiors instruction.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in Japanese and English.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to Japanese-speaking customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently

What we're looking for

Diploma/Bachelor's degree graduates.

Good command both Japanese and English.

Minimum JLPT N3 (N2 preferred), however actual communication ability will be strictly assessed
during interview .

Have min 3-5 years of experience as Sales/Marketing.

Have the ability to organize and multitask working, able to work in a team or individually.

Has basic knowledge of business process and supply chain (preferred).

Willing to entertain clients through business meals and social engagements to build and maintain strong relationships.
