Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥3.0.
• Minimum 3 years experience in enterprise segmentation or similar.
• Experience managing people and markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, fast learner and adaptive; capable of handling client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Coordinate marketing, sales, customer service, and financial management activities.
• Monitor and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Develop business plans and forecast strategies.
• Manage and supervise staff, including training and motivation.
• Conduct operational, product, and employee evaluations.
• Map customer needs to create demand and develop a sales pipeline.
• Drive end-to-end process from outreach to closing; log and report activities.
