Job summary

PT Bukit Inti Makmur Abadi is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to lead the Makassar operation across sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse, driving revenue targets set by head office. You will expand Modern Trade, General Trade, and Horeca channels in South Sulawesi, mentor staff, oversee cash flow, and optimize costs while building relationships with principals and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree (Bachelor's) in any field, preferably Management/Business/Marketing
• Minimum 5 years experience as Branch Manager or Area Sales Manager in FMCG distributor companies
• Understand Makassar market characteristics, retail networks, and logistics distribution channels
• Strong leadership and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze sales data (MS Excel) and work under high target pressure

Lead full operational responsibility for the Makassar branch, including sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse activities. Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets set by head office. Expand the distribution network across Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT/Traditional Market), and Horeca sectors in South Sulawesi. Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of all branch staff (Sales, Admin, Logistics, Warehouse). Oversee branch cash flow management, minimize overdue receivables, and ensure operational cost efficiency. Maintain strong business relationships with product principals and local partners.

Key responsibilities

About you

Strong leadership skills and good negotiation abilities

Willing to be permanently based in Makassar, South Sulawesi
