Job summary

PT Radiant Sentral Nutrindo seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations in Medan Kota, North Sumatra. The role is full-time and focuses on driving sales growth, managing branch performance, and building a high-performing team across the distribution network.

You will implement sales strategies, oversee inventory and service quality, and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards while expanding market share in the Medan Kota region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Sales is required.
• Minimum 5 years of branch management, sales or distribution experience.
• Experience in FMCG/health & beauty/pharma preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations in Medan Kota to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
