Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group seeks a Regional Head to lead operations in the Manado region, building a strong team and driving merchant growth. You will set up regional bases, train District Sales Managers, and coordinate with vendors to meet targets and expand market share.

You will monitor daily activity, report to head office, and ensure quality control, risk management, and timely promotions to boost regional performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Branch Head in a similar field.
• Strong leadership with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with high integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Possess valid driving licenses (A and C).
• Capable of recruiting manpower, managing sales, and handling risk.
• Skilled in conducting training and delivering presentations to merchants.

Responsibilities

• Set up business in regional areas based on potential market.
• Conduct training to District Sales Managers with all material about the Indodana financing system.
• Maintain good relations with merchants and cooperate with traditional or modern merchants to meet targets.
• Review daily activities of the DSM and allocation of promoter placements per productivity targets.
• Distribute monthly targets from Head Office to DSM and Promoter teams.
• Ensure regional operations are running smoothly.
• Maintain application quality (approval ratio) and first billing per targets.
• Create expansion plans and analyze market conditions in regional areas.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports of regional activities to Head Office.
• Create local events or promotions to boost regional sales.
• Collaborate with outsourcing vendor teams to fulfill promoter needs.
